Karen is a professional operations manager experienced with both established and start-up businesses. She is a licensed middle school teacher, has served as President and Treasurer of the San Rafael High School PTA, and actively volunteers with other local non-profits.
Ms. Lynette Sutton, Director and Secretary
Lynette is Owner and President of Lunette Stockfleth Interior Design with more than twelve years of experience in the import/export, retail and commercial furnishings and interior design industries. Her volunteer service includes Coleman School PTA President, Director and Board Member of the PTA at Davidson Middle and San Rafael high school, in addition to contributing management and financial expertise to several Bay Area charities.
Mr. William Leeds Disston, Esq., Director and Treasurer
William has been an active member of the California Bar for over 35 years. His practice is focused on business matters and litigation issues. He acts as the lead business partner of his law firm, and volunteers as a Board Member for several other businesses.
